I bought this paper because I wanted a very robust surface for a specific kind of painting. I am an experimental watercolour painter and will combine different media in one painting and generally abuse the rules of watercolour painting and this paper is very good for that.

I really like this paper and it worked beautifully for wet in wet watercolour techniques, however be aware it is very rough and a little lumpy compared to Khadi paper which I’d. prefer

I have been using this paper for my watercolours for a while now and love it! It can take a lot of water and the texture on the bigger sheets can give some very interesting results. Good value for money too.

I love this paper but the last batch I bought seemed different. I normally use watercolours and ink on the paper and they sit nicely on it. However this last batch seemed to absorb the paint and ink more than anything and I wasn’t actually able to paint on it, almost as if the paper didn’t have a layer of whatever is used to make it a surface for using water based paints. Every other batch has been fine though.
