I had no idea electric mops existed, but wow - this little marvel is worth every penny! Why do I love it? It’s lightweight - I don’t want to haul around some heavy thing. It’s small & maneuverable - I can get into every corner & around my toilets! I can use whatever cleaning product I want - I actually prefer to just use a spray bottle instead of the onboard reservoirs. Pads are easy to use & clean. Battery dis-attaches for easy charging & the charge lasts a long time. My floors look better than ever and it’s so much easier than manual mopping. AND I honestly think my floors stay cleaner for longer because they are more clean in the first place! Bonus! One note: on my floors, I have a slight preference for using the waxing pads all the time. The pink mopping pads sometimes leave a circular pattern on the floor which does go away when the floor dries, but I can avoid that with the waxing pads that do just as good a job of cleaning. I’m very glad I got this little mopper - great price and great results!

TLDR: If you're looking for a spin mop. Get this one! You won't regret it. I have been using this mop for almost 3 years. It's easy to use and it cleans really well on my EVP (vinyl) flooring. I like that the spinning motion not only scrubs the floor but helps drive the mop so it requires much less effort than a traditional mop. The length is easily adjustable to fit people with different heights, or if you want farther/closer reach. This may be similar to other spin mops but what sets it apart is the customer service and product support. I appreciate a company/seller that stands behind their product. My mop stopped working a few weeks ago, so I reached out to their customer support via email. As I mentioned, I have had the mop for almost 3 years so it is past its warranty period. I did not expect much but thought I would try. To be surprise, they were very responsive, helped me troubleshoot the issue by asking me to verify with photos and videos. In the end, they concluded that it was the handle that malfunctioned and sent me a new one for free. I got the handle within a few days, swapped it out, and now the mop works like new!

There's not enough weight to this unit to really polish the floor. It does a good job for its weight but it can't match the polishing power of a person on their knees with a rag or sponge. I used this with a water mixed with a few drops of castile soap. There was a slight wet film after the area was finished, which dried on its own in a few minutes. The LED lights are of little use. See the video to watch the unit in a kitchen area with only one set of lights on. The unit is very quiet. After 20 minutes of use it still shows 4 bars of charge which seems too good to be true, since it's only supposed to last 60 minutes according to the advertised information. Even with the drawbacks I plan to use this going forward because it's just too much wear and tear on the knees and wrists to clean the floors by hand. This is good enough and provided it lasts a couple years it will be worth it.

I needed to clean my vinyl plank flooring - it had two layers of wax that had to be gone.. I tried 2 other scrub/mops/polishers and so far this one is working best. I have to allow flooring solution to sit for 10 minutes before mopping up solution and after I did, I used the "scrub" pads to mop up all the old wax. Well, at first, I didn't think the pads would scrub so much as absorb all the cleaner but with two more passes over the area the old polish was totally lifted and absorbed by the pads. I used the "polishing" pads to finish and that proved how good this machine is. Because of I have over 1200 sf of flooring I realized - more than 2 pads of each are required. Since this is easier than hands and knees, I'm happy so far but will review again when living room done. Washed pads and they're now drying so I can finish other half. So - finished half my livingroom floors now and this item is AMAZING! My floors not only are clean but the machine did the hard part of removing old wax and then leaving floors looking like new. I sort of had to rethink how it would do the job best (was thinking one pass and done) but once I got used to it I am thrilled with it Two things - would like scrubber pads that won't scratch but scrub a little better - like a superfine microfiber pad, and I wish the spray system trigger was in a better place. With it under the handle I kept accidently spraying in completed areas when trying to scrub away old wax. In either case, I highly recommend it. It's easy to charge and store, assemble and use. Am very happy I tried it.

I enjoyed this mop until it quit working shortly after a year. I probably used it about 25-30 times when it quit spraying water. I can hear the motor running and the spray pump engaging but no water coming out. I tried letting it soak with a vinegar solution thinking that perhaps there was a build up that needed to be cleaned out but no luck with that. I took it apart and found no apparent clogs or issues other then water has been getting out of the water tank into the mop housing itself as evidenced by corrosion of screws and other components that were rusting and coming apart. I don't think this should have effected its operation but it still should not happen in an ideal world. The use of it is easy although the water compartment is very small and the opening even smaller. It is challenging to fill the mop. If you have an unsteady hand, this is not the mop for you. It cleans fine but it does not deep clean. After I mop, if I go around with a wet white rag, I can still pull up dirt that the mop did not remove. I bought the same mop for my daughter who complains about the same issue and so she uses hers less than I did mine. I have not given up on cordless electric mops yet but I won't be buying this brand again. If you would be satisfied having your mop last for only a year, this may still be a benefit to you. I just expect better.

Keeps floors clean and polished. Little underpowered but works well as weekly maintenance.

Didn't work, so I am returning it. Battery never charged up.

Great little machine. I had it stored safely in a bedroom closet and hadn't used it in a while. I took it out the other day to give my hardwoods a good clean and buff and it wouldn't start. I contacted their Customer Service. I was blown away by the quick and accommodating service they provided me. They are going to replace the machine (even though my warranty is over) and I couldn't be more pleased. It is a good quality mop and works extremely well when functioning and I highly recommend it. The mops are on back-order and may take a month for me to receive, but I'll update this review when (if) it's delivered.

Received my mop and tried it right away. I LOVE IT. I've only used it once so I can't rate the durability for now. Overall, it is very easy to use and cleans very well. Very happy with my purchase.
