Hard to tell if vitamin d makes that much difference. I took these for mood and energy. Very yummy but expensive

While at first appearance this appears like a good value bag, and really quite heavy, once you realise the dosage is three gummies per day and so still the whole bag is still only a 30 day supply, it seems a little less impressive. Nevertheless it’s still refreshing to see vitamins in a compostable bag rather than the usual plastic pots, so packaging-wise, I’m still pleased with them.The gummies themselves are rather pleasant, and I’m a fan of the flavour. It’s hard to pin down exactly which flavour “berry flavour” is really meant to be, and on the ingredients list it’s only given as “natural flavour”, but to my palette it’s mostly a strawberry flavour, but with a little bit of blackcurrant in there. Each gummy is actually quite rewarding to suck rather than chew, as it releases quite a lot of flavour, and steadily, making them more enjoyable than the vitamin gummies where you just bite, give a quick chew and swallow.The vitamin content is a simple, “you had one job” situation- three gummies provides 200% of your NRV of Vitamin D, and that’s it, no other vitamins, nothing else. Of course you could also switch to just having one or two of the gummies (66% or 123% of your NRV respectively) and make the 90 gummies last a little longer, which is a decent option to have, if you’re seeing these as just a vitamin D top-up rather than addressing a major deficiency.At time of writing, this bag of gummies is priced at twenty-five quid, and that’s really hard to justify compared to other brands. The flavour may be surprisingly good, and the packaging and eco credentials might be unusually strong, but it’s still hard to ignore the fact that other vitamin manufacturers will give you gummies with just as much vitamin D in them for well under half the current asking price of this Wild Nutrition brand. That’s the key reason I’m giving four stars instead of five, and if they were more reasonably priced, I’d have nothing but positive comments for these gummies.

These aren't too sweet but by no means are they bland. Not being a nutritionist I can't vouch for the strength and quantity etc but if you're happy with that part, you'll love this new way of taking vitamins. I've tried lots of gummies for different vitamins and they're all tasty but I do wonder if something so nice to eat is better than the pills? And do be careful to keep them out of reach because they do look like sweets.

I ordered these vitamin D gummies for my kids and I was very happy with the product. The gummies were made of food-grown vitamin D that was ethically and sustainably sourced from lichen. The gummies had 10 mcg of vitamin D per serving, which was the NHS-recommended dose for kids. The gummies also had no palm oil, gelatin, artificial colors, flavors, or sweeteners. The gummies were healthy and delicious, and they supported the muscle function, immune system, and bone and teeth health of my kids. The gummies also had a natural orange flavor and a chewy texture that my kids loved. The gummies were easy to take and digest, and they came in a jar with 60 gummies that lasted for two months. I think these are great products for anyone who wants to give their kids a healthy and delicious vitamin D supplement.

These gummies are quite tasty, not as sweet as some vitamin gummies I've tried and a little chewier too - but not in a way that makes me dislike these.I like the fact that one gummy is about 66% of the RDA, so if you already take a multivitamin that contains Vit D you can chose the does you get from these gummies.90 in a bag, could last 3 months and for £25 that isn't bad at all :)
