7 out of 12 did not show north
7 out of 12 did not show north, several weren't even CLOSE to showing north... Take it from me, the guy who has bought several 'cheap' compasses now, wasting my time and money; do NOT go 'cheap' on compasses! Buy from a reputable brand like Suunto for the love of Pete and save yourself some trouble (and money).

Solid and convenient. One is clipped to my bag and one to my keys. Pretty accurate, though it takes time to settle, and has to be very flat.
