Have 2 Samsung refrigerators with the water accumulation problem. Watched a few YouTube videos that recommended this part number. They were spot-on! Fixed both refrigerators for under $10! I don't even want to know what the going repair rates are these days for a 20 minute fix (that includes the hair dryer time to melt the ice block in the drain hole between fridge & freezer). Probably saved myself a couple hundred, easily.

Quick fix

took some time to get in frig. warmed up to remove back panel, but new drain clip installed without any trouble ,and really hope it will solve water problem.

Easy to install after gaining access to evaporator. 4x larger than OEM part ensures evaporator drain freezing doesn't occur. Great value for the price.

This replacement part for our 14 year old Samsung Refrigerator saved use from an expensive ($250) repair bill or worse, a new refrigerator($2000). I highly recommend this reasonably ($7.50) priced part.

The only reason it didn’t get five stars for installation is you do have to trim it and bending it a little bit towards the direction of the drain will help out with thawing the ice but I do recommend getting a new defrost sensor and the heater element that you can add to the top copper line to ensure that it thaws properly and it will work like a charm

Very flimsy, soft, easy to bend and break. Also, very short in length , did not reach the opening hole under the heater coil for my fridge . I will not bother to return it.

It's a process to install, but that's not the fault of the part. The part fit great and was a great upgrade from the really TINY stock drain defroster. GREAT VALUE.
