Wate of money
What a waste of money. Just ignore the product blurb in the description and save yourself time by throwing your money in the bin instead of ordering this P.O.S. The end is a hard and SHARP piece of plastic that does more damage to your ear than it helps. Painful to use and totally ineffective. Comes with no instructions or battery - even though there is a slot in the package for one. Would return it but to do so it "must be in re-saleable condition" so, because I tried it, it obviously cant be resold. Absolute total waste of money.
