I finally found the virtually perfect minimalist wallet!
Pros: This wallet offers a super slim design, outstanding comfort, adequate capacity, appears durable, and is an excellent value at only $18.After weeks of research and testing various “thin” options, I finally found a wallet that meets all my minimalist needs. It features one pocket on the left, an ID pocket with a clear window on the right, two additional hidden storage pockets, and no bill separator. I carry two credit cards, a driver’s license, and a few paper IDs and photos, and this wallet handles everything effortlessly. Its ultra-thin profile is impressive — I hardly notice it in either my front or back pocket. Additionally, it can expand to accommodate more cards if needed. Incidentally, I received the wallet with a straight pocket on the left, which I actually prefer over the “V” shaped pocket shown in the Amazon listing.Cons: The only downside is the VERY bulky logo patch, which is oddly out of place given the wallet’s slim design. Many reviewers have pointed this out and some even tried to remove it, and it’s clear that a redesign of the fat logo patch is needed. Big Skinny folks, please consider revising this aspect of your wallet!--JM 08/27/2024

Just the right size for the essentials
I had a wallet that was given to me during my senior year of high school as a freebie from the Army National Guard. That was in 1990. It did not entice me to join the National Guard, but I was very impressed with their wallet. It was very thin and, obviously, very durable. I used it for at least 20 years, I think, before I had to replace it. I wanted another wallet just like that one and I tried wallets that looked similar to that one, but they just weren't as good. When I needed a replacement again I started looking at reviews on Amazon for wallets and was very impressed by what people had to say about this wallet and with the price (once I remembered it wasn't 1990 anymore and quality products cost more now). I hate having bulky stuff in my pockets and I wanted something that was very minimal and was going to last a long time. This wallet sounded like it would fill the bill nicely, and it has. I like that it's very thin (hence, the name) and that it seems built to last, both in materials and construction. It is the thinnest wallet I have ever owned. Some reviewers were a bit annoyed at the thickness of the rubber logo sewn onto it, but that hasn't bothered me at all. It would be easy enough to remove if you really wanted to.The size of the wallet is just big enough to fit US currency, so that would be a problem if one traveled internationally. This problem is easily solved by buying one of their larger wallets designed for international currency, which I will do the next time I travel to a country with larger paper money than the US'.I don't yet know about the longevity of this wallet, as I've only had it about a year so far, but it really doesn't show any signs of wear yet and seems like it'll hold up quite well.I would definitely recommend this particular wallet and I wouldn't hesitate to buy other products from this company.

Great wallet that I know that I will use for years to come!
I used my previous wallet for around 8 years. It was falling apart at the seams, so I had to get a new wallet. So I tried the Saddleback minimalist wallet and it just felt very unnatural. It's thick, smells weird, and I've heard that plastic cards permanently wrap by using it. I knew that I needed another bifold wallet. So I ended up getting the Big Skinny bifold wallet. And wow, it's truly as advertised! Very skinny!Pros:- Fits all of my old cards and can likely fit more- Cards go in and out naturally, there's not much resistance, but it doesn't feel like the cards will slip out by accident.- Thin! It's really thin! I didn't even know that I wanted a thin wallet until I got this wallet!Cons:- No good place to put business cards. This wallet's a piece of cloth, thus it's not stiff enough to hold business cards so that the corners won't bend.- Only has 1 pouch on each side. I know this is needed for the thinness, but having extra slots to separate your cards is really nice. I can fit all my cards, but they're all clumped together. So there's no good way to pull out a specific card.- Logo is made of rubber. So it's not stitched exactly flat, the lip has flaps.Note:- Color is not the same, the wallet is actually a lot blacker than shown. Either when taking these photos, they used a large amount of lighting or did post-photo touch ups.- The logo is quite thick/annoyed me. So I pulled the stitching off and removed the logo. 2 things. First is the outside of the wallet. There's some noticeable holes that you can both see and feel. Not sure if it'll go away or not. Second, is the back side of the stitching is this rubber material. I know that will never go away and possibly even get worse over time. But that's on the inside of the wallet, so I'm not too concerned.

NOT LEATHER - but you probably already knew that
I have enjoyed this little wallet so far. It is a HUGE improvement over my last department-store wallet size-wise. It still blows my mind how skinny it is even with all of my cards in it.Things I like:1. Small size. Duh.2. I've actually really enjoyed having an I.D. pocket. Didn't expect that. Now on to the things I don't like:1. The rubber grip inside the money pocket. I realize this is supposed to be a feature, but it makes inserting cash/receipts in that pocket difficult. It is nice to have it in the card pockets though.2. The SKINNY logo on the outside of the wallet protrudes pretty far. I cut it off the first day, but it left stitching holes in the wallet. I didn't really understand the reasoning behind this given that the wallet is supposed to be skinny.Heads up - this wallet is the nylon material. Not leather. I realize that should be pretty obvious given the product description, but I just want to warn those selective readers like myself. All in all, I would buy this wallet again - although I would opt for the leather version instead.
