These garlic capsules never give me garlic breath and work well with my other supplements. They are a good bargain.

i have taken this.. because it seems my toenails and a fingernail have some kind of problem with them. i think this is helping. however.. it is very powerful.. in my opinion. it can even give you a sort of a headache.. but i think that's because it is really working. so what i did the last time is empty the capsule in water and stir it up and drink it. i'm hoping this will make it a little more easy on my body.. head.. etc. i do this with b right by jarrow also.. and it definitely makes that easier on my system.. plus i don't have to take the whole capsule. i guess i wouldn't have to take this entire capsule either at once doing it this way. but i would save the other powder of it in a glass empty vitamin bottle. there is more than one way.. you know.. hope this might help someone. god bless you.

I take this Kyolic garlic supplement (2) every morning with my breakfast vitamins; and it seems to be helping to be more regular. I like this product because I know that garlic and enzymes are good for your digestion.

I have a problem. I am addicted to sugar. Every once in a while I go on a binge, and the only way I can get off that binge is by using this product. It's great for a cleanse and also really really helps with sugar cravings.

This garlic didn’t bother my stomach and is a very good supplement.

I don't normally do reviews but I've Been on this product for 3 months and absolutely love it! With all the probiotics out there I've tried and failed this one gave me the regulatory I've been looking for! Not trying to be gross but it was a constant struggle to find a product that helped with my digestion and gas! So glad I tried this product! Worth the money
