Yes it is effective indoor. 100 ml of this acid HOCL 400 Ml of water will make 100 ppm solution. That is recommended to be used.

Label says this has neutral ph? hocl is effective when acidic and lower tha 5.5 ph. does this means this is 75% hypochlorous acid and 25% hypochlorite
