I love this product for the massaging it provides my face, the ems is very strong if a good productor is used. Too early to tell if my facial structure will improve however I have no doubts due to using EMS before. This cute little item can be used just as a massager without electrical current and its soooooo relaxing! It is neat, tidy and made very well, also aesthetically pleasing, I am delighted with my purchase! Thankyou

Fun machine
I like to use the market leader product in this category, but found the tips get worn out quickly, so I bought this one to try as a replacement. It gives a very pleasant massage and a charge lasts for a long time. However, I did not find it giving me any noticeable lifting effect. It seems great for a massage, as it clearly improves circulation and looks really cool, whilst sitting well in hands. Well recommended as a massager, but not the effective facial lifting device in my opinion. I think I will be buying few as Christmas presents, as it really brings fun to watching TV-and works well to massage upper shoulders as well

It really works, l did not have much expectation because of the price point. I am very impressed.
It is easy to use, l usually use daily in the morning with a gel hydrating facial mask and chamomile water. My skin is so much firmer and face more contoured. I am very happy with my purchase.

Great while it worked
I really liked my massager but it unfortunately stopped working after a few months and I was unable to get in contact with the manufacturer for replacement or repair.

I liked this machine, but the EMS stopped working after one use.
I'm writing this review as I cannot find a way to be in touch with My Carbon via amazon. I used the EMS once and it has not worked since. I bought it as part of the Black Friday deal, and have had to return it but cannot seem to get in touch with MyCarbon to get a replacement sent.

Don’t waste your money
I am aesthetician and beauty therapist was thinking it will be good tool to try at home.. well just don’t waste your money as they don’t do returns !!!! probably send from china !

Small but mighty
This is a great massager. After 3 weeks I can see the results already. I can see a huge improvement on my second chin, it started gradually to disappear. Also the skin looks more toned. And what a treat to get a nice massage on your face while relaxing on the sofa!
