I didn't buy this to put under an electric smoker, I bought it because I was looking for as large a mat as possible for my apartment balcony to put under a bird feeding station I have set up. This is to catch seeds, water, bird droppings, so they don't get all over my balcony, or fall thru the wood slats to my neighbor's balcony below and make him mad. So I was looking for something easy to clean, large, and not that expensive. This one seemed to fi the bill by the description/pics. I got the 36"x46" size. I was expecting it to arrive in a tall box, rolled up like a rug. Instead it arrived in a medium size envelope. I was trying to wonder how a big 3 foot by 4 foot mat could fit in there, but when I opened it I saw. The mat is very thin.I was worried it was so thin it might blow off my balcony, as it's basically thin like a tablecloth, where it has plastic on the back. To hold it down I sat my balcony chairs on the back of it, and put thumbtacks thru the front of it, so we'll see how it holds up under high winds. Also the size was actually 38"x48", not 36"x46", but I don't mind the extra two inches. You can tell the people selling this just have a giant roll and cut it because it's not cut professionally. The cuts are very crooked, like someone cutting with scissors. Uneven. But I suppose it will be satisfactory and work as to what I needed it for.

It wasn't what I think it was it was only a mat not a smoker I return it and receive another the same
