Gaskets don't match grab bar
Installation involved using wing nuts on a fiberglass tub. Drilled the holes, set the bolts through the device and gasket, put the wing nuts, put it on the tub upon tightening the gasket shows heavier on one side than the other. Very distracting to have black offset on white. On a solution to fix it take it off get new wing nuts and make bigger holes in the gasket, reallyPS the first came without any hardware and had to be replaced, 3 day delay

At first very pleased however, w/in 6 mos. it started to rust :-(

shiny finish
It's unnecessary shiny finish makes it too slippery to obtain a good grip with wet hands. I have another bar equal in shape and size but with a rougher finish which is ideal. So unless you don't mind it shiny finish, it is a well built and strong bar.
