These are spot on for beginners workout where quick adjustments are frequently needed. Super reasonably priced As well. I weigh 155 and feel totally secure with these. For me, I prefer these over the ones with preset holes. Evening out the hang using tree branches, etc., requires fine adjustments which these do with ease. Like: sturdy buckles and straps, rings are a good width and seem strong for anything I can do with them. I definitely trust this setup to hold my body weight. Don’t like: buckles are a bit awkward to thread, takes a few tries to get it right, but still works totally fine after. All in all: it’s not a TRX setup but if you can be happy with simple equipment you will be fine with this.

Great rings for doing crossfit workouts at home. These were easy to install, I love the velcro wraps attached to each strap for binding up the extra slack and keeping it out of the way and looking nice. Be careful, if you buy these undo the velcro strap keeping the straps bound in a tight circle (like in the picture). I almost used my box cutter to cut it off. Luckily I didn't because that is the attached strap that wraps up the slack when installed. They are very sturdy. My husband is 230 pounds and used these with no problems. No strap slip, no flex in the wood rings.

Just super awesome. Wood handles feel great and don’t slip, the straps are plenty long and strong, they support all 235lbs of me without complaint. The only negative is it is a bit difficult to route the strap through the latch, but once in it is easy to adjust and smdoesnt slips, so I suppose that’s a small price to pay. Much better than I thought I would get for the money!

I purchased these rings to do exercises with. For what I'm using them for, they are more than substantial. I'm sure there are better rigged rings but these work just fine. The rings, straps and clamps are made well, I use mine with confidence.
