Where can I find a matching lid for the wok?

Lodge 15" lid fits so well that I'm buying another KA Wok and Lodge lid as a gift. This wok is so much better than carbon steel or cast iron - I have all 3. KA wok heats to the top rim, no maintenance other than normal soap, water, scrubber.
