Really exposes Hydrogen alpha and Oxygen III in nebulas
Works extremely well. MUST use calibration frames (flats) to maximize the capability of this lens, though flats are a staple of this hobby anyway.

No difference in heavily lit environments
Unfortunately this filter made no difference in views since the light pollution was too heavy in my area. If you live in an area where many street lamps are concentrated or are not that far away (both), don't waste your time or money. If on the outskirts of a city or town, it may be of some benefit like people say. I have never had any luck with any filter in my area, so this is all very dependent on location.
