The device came very well packaged in a cardboard box with high-density foam around the inside, and bubble-wrap on the outside in the form of a padded envelope. You can therefore disregard any historical reports of devices arriving broken.The device is professionally constructed and works exactly as advertised. It is very very sensitive, and without doubt detects minute changes in static fields. It's a really nice touch that it has it's own automatic calibration cycle to derive it's own baseline from the room it's being set up in.A really fun product that actually works. Very highly recommended.

Sadly have sent it back for a refund, the rempod arrived broken and it seem VERY cheaply made and held together with hot glue !Not worth £79 for sure ,Will now look for another supplier.

Works for its purpose but recommend paying abbit extra for a proper rem pod as its seems more reliable. Also the lights are stuck on cheaply and have broken off after one use

It works awesome no issues or broken .I wasn’t sure after I read some of the reviews ,the only thing I would mention is maybe adding extra bubble wrap and better packaging.but I am very happy with this

I bought this for my wife for her birthday what a load of rubbish1st it's very cheep looking broken on the top2 the aerial was broken3 it don't come in a Box just a little bubble wrap and an envelope for the price you would expect it to come in a box4 I returned it the day after I received it almost 5 days now and still no refundYou have to pay to send it backI have contacted the seller and have NOT HAD A REPLY no cover over the battery and is a poor fitting so you have to hold it the screws on it are just stuck in any old way there has been no time spent on this at all very very poorly made I think it is very highly priced and should really be about 10 pound max please please please don't pay for it really is disgusting and I am really frustrated By this I will reupdate when I have had my money back but I don't hold my breath

The item it’s self came well wrapped and in its own box wrapped in bubble wrap , now looking at the item that seems to be made from recycled plastic and very light as it seems to have very little of a gubbins inside as I’ve not looked but going on the weight of the item now the 4 led light places around the antenna seems to be ok and the bottom again shabby looking with a 9 volt battery holder and two switches , as a paranormal investigator my self this was very little for the price paid so I’m going to test this out and see how good it is along side other products that I currently use in my investigations , more to follow

Great bit of kit but not worth the money. Guys if your selling these at this price get the glue right. I had to get the glue gun out and re glue the base and aerial as they came apart straight away just putting the battery in. Put some etching on the plastics so the glue has something to bite in to. And put the stickers on without bubbles. Just saying 😉
