GLOVE GEL PACK

There is one glove in the pack not 2 ( this is clear on the box but I didn't read it properly). I popped mine in the freezer and omg what relief my hands felt! Would def recommend. Very comfy, fit either hand.

I want to get the negative out the way first as I do genuinely love the product, I just find it doesn't stay cold for very long. Fortunately I grabbed 2 so I can alternate them but I do wish it would stay cold just that little bit longer. It has been a lifesaver when I'm really suffering with my RSI as it helps my wrist and finger pains. I would therefore say absolutely go ahead and get yourself a couple to make sure you always have an icy glove handy!

Really good, gives comfortable relief for pain

Bought this to help with severe pain in my fingers and thumb. I need to keep heat on them to ease the pain. I followed all the instructions and heated this up in the microwave . It fits on your hand great and the gel distributed easily within the glove. The glove then straps on at the wrist to hold it securely. All great so far! Sadly the glove cooled down within 5/10 minutes. I wanted this glove in the hope that it would hold the heat a bit longer than that! Having to go and heat the glove every 5/10 minutes is of no use to me. Not effective if you need it for heat but it will be much better for someone that needs it for a cold compress. The quality of this glove is amazing though, really well made and it looks like it will last a long time

Wow amazing item, perfect relief from wrist pain. Even has a felt/fabric liner so it can be used straight from the freezerr without feeling uncomfortable

Why did you choose this product over others?: I thought I would be getting a pair of gloves, there was only 1. I put it in the fridge for 2 hours as directed, it warmed up within minutes. I put it in the freezer, few more minutes but no long lasting effect. It got dirty so I put it in the washing machine - big mistake! (this I'm not blaming on the glove, more my idiocracy, but I'm on a roll so here I go) obviously water hot into the gel so it swelled like a fat hand with a bee sting. I then put it back in the freezer and have got it out due to perimenopausal flushes, and now that I absolutely destroyed it's basic function, it is helping a bit with my hot flush hot spots. BUT - I do not recommend, this was absolutely useless when it came to cooling my hands for parasthesia (yeah, rare but FUN PM symptom where hands feet and ears feel like they are literally on fire; imagine extremeties being dipped in Molton lava, rather like the Dragon King from GOT who wasn't worthy). Total waste of money.

I thought it would come 2 gloves instead of 1. I’m using this for my hand eczema as I have a really bad flare up do to winter time. Had to order a second glove for my right hand

They are so good that I bought a second glove to use at work. I’m 5’4’ medium hands and they were perfect. I gave one to a friend who is 6’, big hands and it was also perfect for him. The little thing for the wrist did not work well for me as I don’t like things too tight to my skin. By the way, it works good either hot or cold!

Used at times after shoulder reconstruction, never tried heating it
