11yr old niece LOVED it!
We planned a whole family trip to Disney for Christmas, so I wanted a Disney themed Christmas gift for my niece. I included a bunch of Mickey/Minnie items including this backpack. It was packaged well. The ears had styrofoam that held it up during shipping, so they wouldn't get flattened. The purse was roomy and had good adjustability in the straps. She wore the backpack proudly around the park to hold a water bottle and other things. I made sure it was Disney licensed apparel, because it would have felt weird to me if we walked around the park with non licensed apparel (maybe that's just me lol).
