Over a month ago, I decided we needed to replace our family's toothbrush holder since the old one had seen better days. I wanted something that is easy to clean and could fit my husband's battery-operated Oral-B toothbrushes. As much as I like the look of the brushed nickel toothbrush holders, I thought the clear ones would work better for us. I came upon this one and for the price, I felt it was worth giving it a try. We've had it for over a month and it's working great for us! We bought the clear one and it stands about 4 1/2 inches tall (without toothbrushes) and is about 2 1/2 inches in diameter. There are four holes for toothbrushes and razors. The bottom of the holder acts like a cup so any water or toothpaste goop should collect in the bottom. My husband uses the battery-operated Oral-B toothbrushes and those fit in the holes and even his Gillette men's razor fits. My Gillette Venus women's razor does not fit but that doesn't bother me since I didn't plan to put that in the holder anyway. This holder is also very easy to clean. I just handwash it with some dish soap and water and it comes out looking just like when we got it! The design is very basic but I like the nice "clean" look of it and feel it would look good in many bathrooms. It also seems fairly durable so far. I have three-year-old twins and I base a lot of a product's durability on if the item is still in one piece after they get their little hands on it. They've handled it numerous times and there isn't a chip or scratch on it! It's hard to get excited over a toothbrush holder but so far, this one is working out well for us. It fits our four toothbrushes nicely, looks nice and "clean" in our bathroom without looking gaudy, and cleans up really easily. It's also a decent price and I recommend it if you are looking for a good, basic toothbrush holder.

This toothbrush holder was the perfect size for my needs. It has a small footprint yet holds all the items and keeps things from falling out of the holder. It was a little pricy for the size but it serves the purpose well.

I like these being all plastic. The only thing that can rust is the metal screw at the bottom, but the bottom is not flat and the screw is elevated from the countertop surface. Design is simple and smooth, which makes it easy to clean. Has a good weight to it and it feels stable. I ordered two of these and each one had a clear sticker (easy to remove, no residue) at the bottom stating product is not dishwasher safe. They both also had small cracks at the bottom around the screws. I am hoping the cracks wouldn’t grow bigger over time and that holders would last. This is my only concern.

A perfect holder for toothbrushes & other narrow items on my vanity: The holes are not huge (so things stand upright) - sturdy & well-made, but not bulky.

I was looking for a plastic toothbrush holder because metal ones rust. This is nearly perfect. The holes are large enough to fit my favorite oral-b toothbrushes with a wide handle. It would be better if the holes were further apart to keep the brushes from touching each other. To have the stand wider in general would be great. Otherwise, easy to clean. Looks great. And best of, all no rust!

I hate the toothbrush holders where you put the toothbrushes in a closed container with holes, because water stands in the darkened container, leading to mold, mildew and total grossness, right where the toothbrush handle is sitting. So then I bought a toothbrush holder like this one, where the bottom of the toothbrush handle sits in an exposed disk. Except that toothbrush holder was all fancy with a metal bottom, and that was a stupid idea because metal bottoms rust when continually exposed to wet, dripping toothbrushes, and then the rust got all over the marble countertops, and my cleaning lady would try to clean the rust off both the toothbrush holder and the counter. What a mess. I thought, wouldn't it be great if I could find a toothbrush holder like the one I had, but all plastic so there would be no rust. And then I found this on Amazon, and I was like, wow this could be the ticket, and now I have a great toothbrush holder that doesn't get all mildewy and doesn't rust. All is good in the world again.

I have always preferred a vase-like toothbrush holder, and in fact have used a small, ceramic vase for some years. In the heat and humidity this summer that proved impractical as mold formed on the handles of my brushes, so I decided to use this open style holder which has performed exactly as I wanted it to. It is easy to use, easy to clean and looks neat on the counter. I do not know why the review mentioned suction as I do not see that feature on the device. I do recommend it highly.
