I replaced my falken zx with these tires on my suv and the difference is that all sounds and feels better. Way less highway noise, and better response on braking and turning.

Seems like the real deal. No way to know for sure because so many counterfeits on the web these days but I have no reason at this point to suspect that it;s anything but a legitimate Michelin tire.
