I got this for my 5 year old grandson and he was just crazy about it and so was the rest of the family. Everyone thought it was so cute and funny to see it in action. So much fun for the kids and the size of it is really great too. It's not some little bitty thing it's really a good size and sounds great too.easy to use. Build quality is really good and the lights are bright. If your kid likes dinosaurs then they will love this!! Plus my grandson has said that when he grows up he wants to be a dinosaur hunter

Great gift for young boys! It is surprisingly durable and super cool concept. Attention parents this toy is loud so just be careful. The smoke out of the mouth is a very nice touch.

We bought this on a whim for my 6 year old son. It is a favorite toy of his now. The Dino lights up, he spits out smoke, his arms fall off and he falls over as my son shoots him. It’s really fun to watch! As with most toys like this, it really works as described only on hard surfaces (e.g. our wood floor). Also, figuring out where the water goes (in the dinosaur spikes on his back) is an adult task and hard for my son to do alone. Plus, the reservoir is small and only lasts a couple times of play. But otherwise it’s really fun and a good sturdy product that will Stan up to real play.

It looks good, it moves well, the roar has a good sound to it & it roars at the right times (not constant). The water misting function+blue LED make for a great visual- especially when the lights are low. And probably most of all- the ability for the child to use the pistol to get it's arms to fall off & eventually die, is what sets this toy apart. Don't know how long it will last (ours is at 3 months & still going), but it's been a worthwhile purchase.

I bought this on a whim for my son who was asking for T-rex stuff for Christmas. It has not disappointed. It is played with daily and it still cracks me and my husband up when the arms go FLYING off and even when he tips over "injured" you still have to continue working on the true "kill" shot. Really fun gift.
