Raggedy Ann Classic Dolls Book Set Collection (Raggedy Ann Book Set)

This was a gift for a three year old little girl. The doll was just the right size and the coloring was very good. All in all, my wife liked this doll as a gift but, was not as happy with the paperback book.

I purchased this doll and book for our great grandaughter. Was hoping it would last her for a few years. Was disappointed with the doll. The button eyes and loose yarn making up her hair will not stay nice. This doll is more for shelf sitting.

I loved my Raggedy Ann. I remember my Mom reading the story to me when I was quite young. The doll itself is fine. However, this book has only 2 large illustrations and the rest are very tiny - pretty much unrecognizable. Both sizes appear in the photo. All black and white, the only color is on the cover of the book. I bought this for my 2 year old granddaughter who is about to have a baby brother. I thought she might like to read it with me.I am going to have to buy the book separately.
