Love this product for the color.
I love this color. I have light hair and have a hard time finding colors that stay dark after a few weeks. the color definitely held. It looked dark purple at first, after a few weeks it faded to a more natural looking shade. I liked that about this shade. Almost three months later the color is still dark and it doesn't look flat at all. It faded to a rich auburn color, and no one calls me a blonde anymore. Now, they think i'm covering up gray because of my light roots! I guess it's time to dye again! I had to use more product with this brand than with other brands. This did not seem to be enough for full coverage. When the bottle was empty (which never happens with other creamy brands) there were still some strands that weren't fully saturated. If your hair is past your shoulders get 2 boxes to make it thurogh. at elbow length medium thickness hair i needed 1 & 1/2. Applying foam is tricky if you're used to creams. if you only use one bottle use it sparingly for even coverage or you'll have some streaks.

Not the same Light Intense Auburn!
Beware if you've used other Garnier hair dyes, this is not the same dye color as the liquid Light Intense Auburn, it's less red and darker. I was slightly wary when I received the dye and the photos showed a darker color, but decided to go for it anyway instead of bothering with an exchange. Normally, I dye my hair closer to a true light auburn (think almost Ariel red) and use the Nutrisse Ultra Color. Despite having the same exact name, these are very different colors. With that said, I am a big fan of the color foam in general. I tend to make a giant mess using the normal liquid hair dye, and have to rush to clean everything up before it stains everything in the bathroom. The color foam removes that concern, it's not nearly as drippy as the liquid dyes and is easy to smooth into roots and all over hair. With the liquid dyes, I always worry whether or not I'll have enough to evenly cover my hair, but with the foam this is NEVER an issue.Final verdict, just wish this was in a brighter and more vibrant red, but it's simple to use and works great.

Love, love this color!
This is my first time using this product as I always use Dark Auburn w/Garnier. I left it in for over 50 minutes. I rinsed my hair and left the conditioner in overnight w/a turby twist on. The next morning I freaked because I thought my hair was black. Our new home has very low lighting in the bathroom so I was unsure of the color. Let me tell you, while at work I received sooooo many compliments on my hair. From vendors, employees, and customers. Everyone complimented how beautiful my hair color was. It's been almost 2 weeks since I colored it and I still get compliments. I'm now going to use this instead of the previous color. Love it! I have fair skin and blue eyes. Makes my skin pop. Especially when I spray tan too. :) Love this color!! Doesn't stain my skin either like the previous dark auburn Garnier product I used. So thrilled! Oh and don't forget to do your eyebrows ladies! I use a Q tip to apply it and it looks so good!!

The application was easy but the product thin and runny
I used some type of red auburn color. The application was easy but the product thin and runny, and the gloves provided impossibly thin. The color was actually quite good, a bit artificial, which I rather like, but it did fade quickly for me. I think it's probably a good product for its price range, but I have since moved on to henna from Henna Color Lab, which I think you can get here on Amazon. Red is a hard color to maintain, and I highly recommend henna for long lasting results.

I love this foam hair color
Apparently not that many others like it, because I can no longer buy my color at a local store. I have to buy it on-line and now from Ebay sellers at twice the original price. But I pay it, and buy 6 at a time so I don't run out so quickly (and get free shipping). Each time I need more, I cross my fingers there will still be some available to purchase. The foam color is much easier for me to get all my hair and scalp covered without requiring the constant parting and guessing where the part is in the back of my head. I have issues with my shoulders, and cannot keep my arms over my head for the time it takes to color with the other types of color.

Love the Color and the Protective Oils
Only in the past few years have I had to do my own color. I've been using this product about every four to five weeks for a year or two. I chose it because of the oils and feel it does a great job of keeping my hair in good shape. It also covers the ever increasing gray in the roots of my hair. What I do not love about it seems that the foam is really loose — big bubbles or something. It drips easily and inevitably drips or splashed on the wall or shower curtain or the floor, and it has left some stains. Nothing major, but I of course wish they weren't there. The instructions state not to shake it, just rotate to blend ingedients, and I learned after my first run with it that you must rotate it gently for a while to really blend, or it may not produce even color.Despite the loose foam, I continue to use it because I love the color, otherwise I would switch to the crème version of Nutrisse. I have phoned Nutrisse when I thought they were discontinuing the color, and the customer rep was really personable and helpful. I felt like I was talking to an old friend whom I had called for advise. In summary, love the color, love the ingredients, will tolerate the foam and keep continue to use it.

Nice color but terrible dye
I think that the foam is a lot easier to put on than regular hair dye, but it still dripped everywhere and made a huge mess. I read reviews that said this drips, but I wasn't expecting it to drip that bad. It was everywhere. Also, it smells very, very strong. It was making my eyes water and burn the whole time I was putting it on. The conditioner that comes with it smells good and they include a tube of it instead of just a little packet. I really like how this color turned out. The color looks just like what's on the box. The color is nice and even as well.Update 9/9/14: I've used this dye 2 more times since I wrote this review. The last time I used the medium auburn color, and it made me start losing my hair! Luckily I had thick hair to begin with so it's not too noticeable, and the hair loss is slowing down now. I will never use this brand again!

Great
Love. I tried it the day I got it. It definitely doesn't turn my brown hair blond but it lightens it alot.

My favourite colour- warm brown with just a touch of red. The mousse is great! Less messy than the liquid.

Terrible product. It darkened the hair instead and made it rough and hard to comb. 1 star is too generous.
