General information about blood pressure Blood

pressure is the force with which the blood stream presses against the artery walls. Arterial blood pressure changes constantly over the course of a cardiac cycle

The blood pressure is always given in the form of two values.
- The highest pressure in the cycle is called systolic blood pressure. It occurs when the heart muscle contracts and the blood is pushed into the vessels as a result

The lowest is diastolic blood pressure, which occurs when the heart muscle has fully expanded again and fills the heart with blood.
Blood pressure fluctuations are normal. Even with a repeat measurement, there can be considerable differences between the measured values. One-time or irregular measurements therefore do not provide reliable information about the actual blood pressure. A reliable assessment is only possible if you measure regularly under comparable conditions

NOTE- People with pacemakers or other electrical implants should consult their physician before using the device.
Using the blood pressure monitor outside the home or under the influence of movement (e.g. when traveling in a car, ambulance or helicopter and during physical activities such as exercise) may impair measurement accuracy and result in measurement errors.
Diseases of the cardiovascular system can lead to incorrect measurements or an impairment of measurement accuracy.
Do not use the device at the same time as other medical electrical devices (ME devices). This could result in a malfunction of the meter and/or an inaccurate display
