Good Stuff
I ordered this product because I have Meniere's Disease - basically a serious problem with vertigo and motion sickness, severe nausea and vomiting - and we are going on a trip to Alaska. Airplanes and lots of curvy roads. Not a good thing if you have to be a passenger. Makes for a very miserable trip. I know ginger is good for motion but what I didn't know is the effect it has on the digestive system. I've been taking this stuff five times a day for two full days trying to get it into my system before the trip and it has cleaned me out. I know... TMI but that's a good thing. I've had absoluyely no cramping or other side effects. I believe this is a quality product and will order more on my return.

Ginger can be used as an anti inflammatory medication
I love buying Solaray Ginger from Amazon. The price is great, and I can buy 5 bottles without spending a fortune! I cannot take Advil or any of that family of medications. So I may take about 12 or more capsules a day. It REALLY helps relieve arthritic and muscular pain, without fear of creating an ulcer. Ginger's digestive aid wonderful! I'm so grateful that Amazon carries this Solaray!!!

Useful and convenient, some bottles seem more potent than others
I use these for my arthritic pain, and they work most of the time. Sometimes when I start a new bottle, I experience nausea of heartburn and have to cut back from my customary two capsules to just one. I also give my dog Lucky two capsules with her meals, and again, sometimes on a new bottle, two are two strong for her, so I cut the dosage back. Ginger has a warming, drying effect for dogs with problems of loose stool (coldness and dampness) but should never be given to dogs with constipation (heat), as it could make things worse.

Good 'ole ginger, keeping my digestive system working well and feeling good. I take it with my medicine at night to reduce symptoms of nausea.
