Lifesaver nursing twins. Using it as I write this. Love that it clips in the back and is cheaper than the twin z, which does not clip in the back.

So supportive, I had twins and this was the BEST and easiest for tandem feeding. I was recommended the TwinZ pillow which is double the price and not nearly as supportive as this one.

This is my 3rd nursing pillow I have purchased for my twins. I wish I had purchased this from the beginning. It is great for nursing both at the same time or just one baby. It is my favorite because it is designed to Accommodate plus size mamas, holds its firmness and is comfortable for all of us. The side buckle makes it easy to put on and take off especially once they have fallen asleep nursing and I transfer them to their crib. It’s the only pillow they will fall asleep nursing in. It’s designed very well. The fact that you can adjust the straps and Velcro area to perfectly fit around you is amazing. I am a size 22 and it fits around me with a lot of extra room to spare.

Our twins are three weeks old and I was using the original Breast Friend pillow I had from our oldest child. The twins are quickly growing out of preemie size and getting too big to use the original pillow, so I broke down and ordered this one. Unfortunately it was delivered with defective stitching on the Velcro strap and would undoubtedly continue to fall out after washing and using so I’m having to return it. This is the reason for the loss of a star. Otherwise the pillow is amazing and perfect for tandem nursing. The twins feel secure and it puts them in a good position. I do wish there was a slight elevation difference at the front so they aren’t laying flat but I just stick a pillow between my knees and the pillow and it does the trick. It has an extra pillow at the back for lumbar support which is nice. It is definitely more comfortable than the smaller, original pillow. The buckle is one of the reasons I ordered the original version for my oldest child and feels like a necessary thing now. It doesn’t move and feels secure once you have it on. This pillow is HUGE. Again, great for tandem nursing but I have no idea where to store something so big between feedings. Refer to pictures for size difference! Overall, the pillow works exactly as it should and will get a ton of use over the next year so I have reordered one already. I wish I didn’t have to return this one due to bad stitching but for the price I’m paying and the amount of use it will get, I can’t risk it falling apart so easily.

This is so convenient! I have twins and this makes my life so much easier! It’s also very nice that the cover is washable.

Feeling like is just bought a luxury car LOL! My twins are 2 weeks old and are feeding a lot. I can tell we both love it. I feel so much relief on my back, arms and shoulders. I can tell they're comfortable too which also puts my mind at ease. Great product made with twin moms in mind :)

This would be a great pillow. The absolute holy grail of nursing pillows. Except that it is marketed for twins first and plus size second. I guarantee that there are more breastfeeding plus size moms than moms with twins. But my real issue with this pillow is that I’ve had it for exactly one month and the foam is already breaking down and losing its shape and getting squished. I also have the original “My Brest Friend” and the foam on that one is better quality. Harder? More dense? I don’t know, but it didn’t lose its shape after a month of use. I’m wearing this thing at least 12 hours a day. 50% of my life right now with my 8 week old. That’s just facts. And this pillow was pretty expensive for the foam to be caving in like this. I would still 100% recommend this pillow to all nursing moms. It is big and comfy and baby can sprawl out when they’re milk drunk. But the foam situation is bumming me out
