Byredo Gypsy Water Edp Spray for Unisex, 100 ML / 3.3 FL.OZ

Byredo perfumes are amazing. I don't really understand bad reviews here. It has heavy aroma, don't expect anything flimsy, cheap or light. It's the scent that changes throughout the day, with your body. Try spraying it on leather jacket - if you have one - it smells absolutely amazing on genuine leather. Even if you have a leather bag. This is the scent with character, not for your regular days by the pool or barbecue, but for humid late summer evenings or cold winter nights. You have to try it on before buying it, but once you start trying better and better perfumes on, you will get used to them. Perfumes like this, like many other things in life, require building up to, coming to it, and growing into it. I used to have Lancome's Miracle or Bright Crystal by Verasace and stuff like that, now these smella seem so cliche and ordinary to me. I'm a fan of Creed, Kilian and Byredo. I hope you fall in love with it too! :)

This is one of my all time favorites! It smells beautiful and soft and can be worn for any occasion.

It comes in the packaging but the seal was broken and the scent smells like the back of a New York taxi i use Gypsy water all the time and i needed it quick for a vacation and it was a huge mistake ordering off amazon because it is NOT gypsy water I am now on a six month abroad vacation with no way to return this and it smells awful i am hugely disappointed

I got incredibly worried, because I read the reviews after I ordered it. But I have to say, the bottle was full, package was sealed, and product smelled great. I do not have a reference fragrance to tell you if this is legitimate or not, but I like the smell regardless. I am also pleased to report that I put one spritz on my arm to see how long it lasted, and it is going on 7.5 hours now. It’s gotten a little fainter, but still very much there. And actually, I like the smell of the dry down even better than the initial spray. The top notes were border-line patchouli (which isn’t really my style), but about an hour later it was woodsy, and floral, and with warmer notes of amber and vanilla. I think for this* price, it’s very well worth the money. Again whether or not this is authentic, I cannot say… however- last time I was in Park City I found a shop that sold Byredo fragrances, and I seem to remember the lids/tops have a magnetic closure…which this does not have. Although, maybe I’m confusing that with the Phlur fragrances. Anyway… I’d say this was worth the money and worth keeping—real or fake, it’s a lovely perfume.

Love the item!

I went to Byredo's website, noticed they wanted almost $300 for the same amount I could purchase thru Amazon for $100. I agree with other's reviews that the scent doesn't last long. It's subtle. I also wonder if I were to purchase it directly from Byredo, would the scent last longer? I didn't feel like spending an extra couple hundred dollars to find out. But, I still wonder. Overall, I like the scent and I'm okay with this purchase.

This has become my go-to scent. I bought my first bottle at a big dept store and the price was significantly higher than this one. I was so excited to find this at a much better price. I bought the big bottle to have it last a long time!

Gypsy Water is a lovely unisex scent. I had concerns about ordering perfume on Amazon, but was extremely pleased to discover that this is the real deal. I spritz my neck and hair liberally with Gypsy Water in the morning and still smell dreamy come evening. Highly recommend.
