Jus received it today and nowhere in the product info says the screen was cracked. The boxes the packages came in are intact but the the screen is black and won't turn on at all even when you do the necessary steps to turn it on. Nothing works

The modular plat form is priceless to me and the hardware is phenomenal, though they rushed the Z4 in my opinion as it has heat problems and glue delamination of the screen in the Z Play Four. But the z play 3 edition is rugged and power pact for power users in the android android form factor. Excellent hard ware I own 3 soon to be 4

I've had this phone for about a week and am happy with it for the most part. I previously owned this phone and was very happy with it and ended up giving it to my son. My only concern right now is that it seems to 'clock' a lot and frequently is unable to connect, for example it says that a connection can't be made to the app do you want to close or wait. If this happened only infrequently I wouldn't mention it, but it seems to be happening quite a bit. Sometimes I will restart the phone to see if it helps but I'm not confident that it makes a difference. Since I have other phones (phone geek) I will check to see if they are having issues with the same app and find that it is not the case, so it seems to be unique to this phone. I've even taken the Moto Mod battery off to see if it was interfering in some way but saw no improvement. Again, I wouldn't have purchased this phone again if there wasn't a lot of good to be said about it, but I wanted to mention my current issue and I hope that with time it might improve. Otherwise I will have to be more patient than usual and either wait or restart the phone when this happens.

NOT UNLOCKED. WENT THROUGH SO MANY ROAD BLOCKS TO FIND OUT IT IS NOT UNLOCKED AND NOT COMPATIBLE. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY AND WAS A BIRTHDAY PRESENT TO MY FIANCE. JBL MOTO MOD WORKS BUT THE Z3 ITSELF IS NOT UNLOCKED. DONT LET THEM FOOL YOU

I did exactly what the Amazon certified refurbished unlocked phone instructed and phone still didn't work I try to contact PowerUp deals they have not called me back so I'm returning this phone. might be a waste of time try a different seller

Good phone and entertaining with the mods unfortunately it cannot handle multitasking as well as recent phones. It's outdated in my opinion and should only be used as quick entertainment with the mods. I don't own the Verizon version so i don't know how well the phone wouldve been with the 5g mod. But for the 2 mods I did purchase, the projector and speaker, it's quite enjoyable. The polaroid mod app no longer available making the mod obsolete and the camera mod was junk. The mods is such an amazing concept that I wish they continued it but sadly, will probably never see another phone or a variety of mods.

Apesar de que es un equipo ya descontinuado la verdad para una persona mayor que solo lo usa para lo abitual esta exelente ya que esta muy padre el acabado, al noser tan grande y ser muy delgado la verdad una exelente decicion
