Puig 3177F Racing Screen Kawasaki ZX-6R 19- C/Dark Smoke

Quality product, looks great, super easy to install and has held up for months now.

Carefully packaged in properly sized box. No issues reusing OE Kawasaki hardware, instructions not needed. There are pinch points specifically designed to keep rubber speed nuts from rotating. Align accordingly and they will be drawn in as you carefully tighten. You must remove mirrors and it's probably a good idea to cinch those down anyway due to vibration and potential loosening. Be cautious when cleaning, will scratch easily. I think the angular lines of this double bubble windscreen fit the overall shape of the ZX-6R wonderfully. Must have for black bikes.

Ordered the Puig screen for my 2021 ZX6R to rid the bike of the clear stock screen. My research yielded that the Puig is better than the ZG screen because it deflects wind better for taller people like myself. After taking a spin with it on it definitely deflects air better than the stock screen and at the same time it looks much better. My only concern when ordering the dark smoke version was visibility when I’m in full tuck. I’m happy to say that visibility isn’t a problem as long as it’s day time. I can see it being a problem if you’re in full tuck at night, however, I haven’t tested it at night as of this review. I simply didn’t want to go with the light smoke as it seem to to be just a tad bit darker than the clear stock version. Installation took approximately 10 minutes with removing 6 - 4mm bolts and 2 rubber grommets that has to be reused on the Puig screen. One of my top favorite upgrades other than my aftermarket slip on and tidy tail kit. I would highly recommend this product to anyone in the market for a windscreen that offers both function and form. 5 min install. Remove mirrors first. Fitment was great, all holes lined up perfectly on my 2022 zx-6r. Its dark and wont be the best at night but hell it looks great. Its maybe a half inch taller than stock but its the shape and angle that made all the difference. Improved looks and rideability.

Helps a ton on the highway plus it looks a lot better than the short factory windscreen.

Easy installation. A little goo gone takes the right sticker off if you want.

Schick, leicht zu installieren, tatsächlich bessere Luft-Verhältnisse als Kit der original Scheibe. Ganz Dunkel oder schwarz würde ich nicht empfehlen, falls man noch was durch die Scheibe sehen möchte.
