I bought this headset for ~2000/- and going by the user reviews however, my opinion about the headset received is totally different.1) Design and build: The touch panel is placed in such a way that if you need to adjust the headset even slightly that can interrupt (end) the ongoing call. You need to be very careful about that. The touch panels are extra sensitive even in case of switching those on, redial operation etc and thus you remain to be always vigilant when you are in contact with these. The build quality is a rich plastic and being light you don’t feel any additional weight.2) Noise Cancellation and Sound Quality: It doesn’t cancels noise but reduces it to some extent which is par with this price. However, the sound quality is pathetic. A very flat sounding and high pitched device which neither produces highs or low nor any clear mids. The sound quality is just a 200/- to 300/- wired headset that you get in any local shop3) Bluetooth Pairing: To me the pairing was little confusing at the beginning. It was showing 3 devices with the same name which later I discovered is for a) Lt ear plug b) Rt ear plug c) works for both. If you choose the Lt or Rt then the sound for the other one goes away. However, I have also seen it broadcasting as a single device (tested in both Apple and Android phones with different make and models).4) Bluetooth range: Not more than 5-6 mtr (15-20 feet) if you are not in line of the phone.I am putting a request to replace this.

The total package offered is a total disappointment.Lacklustre performance, flat tone with almost no bass.... You could expect better performance from basic wired headsets provided in-box along with cheaper phones.Volume is pretty low considering the fit, you might need to always keep it in full volume to clearly listen to a conversation, but listening to music is the most pathetic experience as the flat tone at high volume only ends up piercing your eardrums.The touch controls are prone to unintentional operation since even trying to adjust the earphones in your ears activate touch commands, sometimes unintentionally ending or activating calls.Battery backup, quality and finish seem ok for the price. But what's a headset that's no good at its primary function.Though return window is still open, I'm not sending it back since I've already used it.

Don't buy it ,I received my earbuds today and returned after 10 minutes later. Reasons-1) this buds can't fix in my ear. 2) when you use high volume then it is very bad sound clearity. 3) can't connect with smart phone easily. 4) worst product ever. 5)I shall buy it when I saw this buds reviews.But not good product worst ever . Please don't go for it.save your earn money.🥺

The quality of RAPZ-X3(Binatone) is very good and music is fully enjoyable. The bass quality is superb ,Worth buying with this much price.I specifically got impressed by Bluetooth connectivity as I could freely move from one room to other without any hindrance in calling audibility . I feel satisfied with the value I am getting for the price paid. The sound quality is decent and the noise cancellation is good!

Recommended by someone and it indeed value for money. Need is for attending calls while working from home and listening music while walk. It solved purpose for both.Sound quality is good and so is the battery backup. Come up with 100% charge and in 3 days of normal use of 2-4 hours/day, it is 60% consumed. Touch feature for handling various feature is good. But you need to cautious not to adjust it after join any call. Bze single touch will end the call you are in.Amazing one day delivery by Amazon with good packing.Overall value for money.

Satisfied after doing lot of research.Crispy sound with decent bass.I'm using it with Oneplus 7T Pro which has Dolby Atmos.After using 4 bluetooth neckband earphones I switched to this and I'm very much satisfied with the product.
