I've tried L'theanine in various milligrams, but although its subtle, the were too much for me and made me tired. I decided to try a 50mg, but couldn't fine a 50mg anywhere, but ran across this 25mg and instead of pill form it's tablet and dissolve. I thought it was probably too low and it dissolved as well, so figured it wouldn't work. I was pleasantly surprised and glad that I gave it a try. It works very well, but doesn't make me tire and I sleep well. The taste is good too. I plan to keep a supply. Good product, good price.

I've been taking this product at bedtime for years. I've tried other brands but come back to this one. Put it on your nightstand and it quickly dissolves in your mouth as you tuck yourself in for the night.
