Looks great. The install is not as easy as the video makes it looks so the first one took some time but the second one was a breeze. No instructions provided and the video is not very descriptive. This was way cheaper than a $150 swap out per vent register.

The video they provide for installing these omits the most difficult part, which is detaching the slat on which you install this from a small metal fastener that gets all the slats to work in unison. What was billed as a quick install became a three-hour ordeal. And it did not fit perfectly. However, it does work. I was able to install a second without removing the slat after I figured that out in about 60 seconds, but they should revise the video to show you how to do that. I suspect there's a better product out there somewhere . . .

Both side vent tabs on my 2017 W166 were broken. I couldn't figure out how to remove the entire vent assemblies despite ordering the Mercedes pulling hooks/tools, Instead, I used a small tape covered (to prevent scratching) flat screwdriver to pry out just the individual slat/louver with the vent tab slider from the side. I was concerned it would break, but both sides popped out. installed the new piece and then reinstalled the slat. NOTE: make sure you have the prongs correct as for the side vents they are offset to one side. and of course make sure they hook onto the vertical post which controls movement.

Finally got around to trying to install and it is very difficult. Plus, you can buy the whole vent online for a few dollars more. This may have been useful had the video been at all helpful. No instruction and it appears the person in the video is trying to see how fast they can do it. Just buy the vent online. You'll be much happier with the result.

A lil bit of a pain to install at first, but once I figured it out it was pretty easy. Fits perfect on my 2011 GLK350. Finish on the chrome is slightly different but far enough away from my original ones no one will notice.

This product is responsible priced and fits good .

So install was fairly simple, I watched the video they had posted and it was fairly simple to install. I have a 2015 W166 (ML 400) so for those looking to change their fronts out you can use this repair kit on either one of the vents just see which way you want to clip the tounge in.The flaw in the product... And why I am giving it just 4 stars. In certain angles the slider binds up. That's about it. Otherwise I'm happy with the product and it beats laying mercedes the 200 something on new vents.
