I absolutely love this product! I’ve been looking for a while for something I can use at home and work to help with toning and this is perfect! Even my 11-yr-old daughter loves using this. It’s very light and portable and very easy to use. It also has a guide on the box that tells you what exercises to do to work various areas. I could feel it working my muscles from the first use. Very satisfied with this and highly recommended!

I bought this resistance band for myself and I found it very useful. However, resistance is better for women. My wife starts using it and she likes it. I thought the bands are short but later I found that it is actually useful because we can use it to stretch the arms.

Used twice and one of the bands broke off from the metal piece and smacked me in the face. Will never use again due to safety concerns. Past the return date so I guess I’m stuck with something I can no longer use.
