Perfect fit for our Kenmore Elite Dishwasher. It's a horrible design from Kenmore that will quite easily break, but this replacement gets your rack back in place and back in operation. Easy install, if you can get the broken piece off then you can get the replacement installed.

These ‘rack adjusters’ are the plastic pieces that attach the upper rack of your Dishwasher to the metal side rails inside the machine that allow the rack to slide in and out. They are usually the first things to break because they take a lot of stress and are (don’t ask me why) made of PLASTIC. Original parts are expensive and take time to get, so I ordered these so I could continue to use the machine while I’m waiting. Their 4 small plastic pegs with tiny flanges must fit precisely into the little metal slots in the side rails or the pieces don’t work. Theses did not, because the pegs were too thick and had slub on them from sloppy manufacturing. If you find a good instructional video online it takes 15 minutes to replace these parts. Because I had to sand them down, try them, sand them some more, try again, etc., until I could get them to fit into the slots, it took more like two hours. Hopefully my fix will hold until I get the ‘genuine factory’ replacement parts that cost $50 each, not including shipping. My dishwasher is only about 6 years old. I’m hoping the next one I buy will have metal parts.

I found it well made and easy to install. I read the earlier review and thought I made a mistake mine came as promised and I followed the instructions off of You Tube. Took patience but reinstalled in 15 minutes.. Not bad for a old guy.I feel the old one broke because I started running high temp washing cycle because the tub started sinking..

Updated 8/2022: My adjuster brackets broke again after several years of working well, so I ordered another set of these since they had worked so well the first time and were still a good deal. They arrived quickly, however they do not fit. They must have changed something because the little knobs do not fit into the brackets on my drawer slides in the dishwasher anymore.I thought maybe I had a defective unit, so I returned it and requested a replacement. The replacement came the next day, but it does not fit either. I cannot use this item anymore as it will not attach to the drawer slides correctly. I am returning the second set as well. I am super dissappointed and frustrated. Have now ordered a part from a different seller. Fingers crossed that it works.*******************************************Original review:when my part broke, I looked into "official" replacement parts and found that the one piece would cost at least $50 shipped. When I found this listing, I figured it was worth a try to get two for half the price.Came quickly and looks to be nearly identical to the original parts. Fit in place easily and so far is working great.

The part eventually worked, but required widening some path where this piece fits on the drawer as it was too tight, and would have caused the drawer level to be hard to adjust. At the end, it worked.

So I wondered if this would be of good quality coming from a seller on Amazon. I had found a website with more expensive parts that was out of stock. My kids stocked the upper rack too heavily and one side broke so the rack was listing to one side. Desperate, I turned to Amazon and found this seller right away. The part matched the factory stock one that had broken in my dishwasher, it was easy to install. Thank you! xoxo, Nancy

This is the third time I have had to replace this part on my KitchenAid dishwasher, and I thought I clicked "buy" on the same part I purchased in the past. Obviously not.The plastic for this item is thicker than the official replacement part and the opening for the stop clip is slightly too small. With great difficulty, I was able to make it work, but the plastic tabs are also too thick to be properly inserted into the track. What's more, they don't seem align to the openings in the track. I managed to force the front end into place, but the back is not secured and is basically just resting on the track.Finally, once installed, it is very difficult to adjust the rack up or down. Again, I assume that the thick plastic is the culprit here.Dishwasher is running now so we'll see if everything stays in place. If I wasn't so tired of handwashing, I would have returned these. Buyer beware.
