My daughter is 2 years of age, and using a regular toothbrush for whatever reason wasn't great with her. I would have issues with her letting me get her back teeth. With this toothbrush she's more than willing to let me brush all of her teeth. The quality seems very durable it has a wide head as its in a u shape but we're able to use it comfortably. And as previous stated she seems to like this toothbrush more than a conventional one.
