Purchased this for a 10 day Europe trip as my other bag was worn out. Flew 3 different airlines, fit as a carryon on all 3. Zippers are solid and strong, locks work great, outer “pocket” fit a pair of running shoes! Overall weight is average, on the lighter side if anything. The wheels are so smooth, they make no noise at all and after being pushed/pulled/dragged through cobblestone streets in Prague/Berlin/amsterdam they are still silent and smooth. Excellent purchase, value for the money is there. Don’t hesitate at all!

This is a durable, well-sized, and super smooth rolling carry-on. I travel frequently and the casters are the smoothest rolling casters of any rolling carry-on bag I've used. Customer and warranty support was very efficient as well. One of the casters broke during a trip, and they sent me a new caster without any difficulty. The zipper handles are long and tabbed, so make sure to latch them into the slots or they can get caught.

Sturdy and solid. Taken it on a few trips and placed my heavy back pack on top and it was able to keep it all balanced.

So, I ordered this bag, twice. The first one arrived with a strange defect. On the left side (the side without the handle running through the bag) the lining is too small. It's so small that the usable space of that compartment is reduced tremendously. It's like a hammock that floats off the bottom of the bag. It also keeps you from packing all the way to the edge of the bag, instead the usable area ends about 2 inches from the exterior shell on all sides. I'd say that it effectively reduces the amount that side can store by 1/3 to 1/2. I returned that bag and the replacement has the same defect. So either I got two bad bags, or more likely, this is just badly designed. This is sort of a huge deal as the bag is also a 20" roll-aboard. Almost every domestic airline allows you to roll-aboard 22", so reducing this to just 20" and then also having a badly designed interior means you really can't put much inside. Don't buy this bad unless you plan to travel for just like 2 days. Too bad, cuz it's a beautiful bag and rolls amazingly well. Not sure what Level8 was thinking here.

I have this luggage for a couple years now and it is still working great. I travel for work frequently (every other month) for business and this has been the best luggage i have ever used so far. The wheels roll smoothly and the case is super durable. Most of the time I would carry on but I do check it in at times and no problem at all.

I mainly bought this for short business trips with my 15” work laptop. Most roller bags with outside compartments won’t fit a laptop that big. After I used it a few times, the zipper separated as I closed it. I was able to self heal it carefully but if I pack anything inside that half of the inside compartment, it’s too much pressure for the zipper to handle. That makes the interior space much more limited but is ok for an overnight trip. I have to lay it flat and push down hard so there’s no tension at all on the zipper or it will separate as I zip it up. I’ve used it about a dozen times, but I’m worried that one day it won’t self heal anymore while I’m on a trip or that it will come apart as I’m rolling it, so I’m looking for a replacement. The wheels are great- they roll so well that it will roll away in the bathroom when you’re washing your hands or getting things out of your car so keep an eye on it. If the zipper was more reliable it would be a great bag.

This luggage is very nice-looking and rolls super smooth. durable and very spacious for clothing and more space if you use compression bags. Definitely a must-buy if you don't want to pay for luggage on a quick trip.
