Venandi Animal Premium wet food for cats, trial pack II, chicken + rabbit, veal, turkey, 6 x 800 g, grain-free and natural, 4.8 kg

High quality, consistently good cat food. The texture is like a coarse pate. There is a thin jelly layer on the top and a fat layer at the bottom, which I think is part of the canning process and adds a bit of variety to the taste of a single tin. Turkey hen is my cat's favourite flavour. He has tried many of the other flavours (and eats them all) but this and the other turkey (brown label) are his favourite ones - he never tires of eating them. It is a big tin but it keeps well in the fridge for several days. I use a silicone cover to keep it air tight and I remove the food in layers, so the exposed area is only exposed for 12 hours at a time (he eats twice a day). I add freshly boiled water and mash the food into paste/thick soup, as my cat prefers to lick pate-texture foods, so he also gets some additional water in him this way. He loves to have a warm meal on cold days! As the food is so pure, it's great for allergies and his coat is lovely and shiny. Given the percentage of meat, I think it is good value.

My cats both like it apart from the beef flavor. High quality ingredients, can therefore defitetily recommend - if available! The 800g size is perfect as you have to feed more than one cat, if stretched with kibbles it then lasts quite a while and is a better value as well. This brand also offers a high quality dry food I can highly recommend.

This batch explodes when opened and has a foul smell. Cats would not touch it. I’ve tried to return it, but it’s not eligible. Would not risk it so I’ll have to throw them away. First time when this happened to me, but reading the other reviews looks like it is not usually. Disappointed

It may be a great product but unfortunately my cat refuses to eat it. Even when I kept him hungry he just had a sniff and a little lick and walked away. He is normally not a fussy eater, so there must be something he hates about this particular food. Sorry.

This brand is our cats favourite ever, so expected them to love this too. Cats are awkward and didn't rate this at all. Appeared to be very meaty and good quality. Smelt like corned beef for humans. Bigger problem is the size of the cans. We have 2 cats only and even if they liked this immediately it would last them several days (or maybe start to go off) and we like to ring the changes. Great for big cat families I guess. Still rate the brand highly.

I was very happy with the food in the last couple of months, but unfortunately the new batch I received is very bad. Colour, smell and amount of fat very much differs from what I used get. The meat used be be in a nice chunks, pinkish look, beautifully mixed with broth and just enough fat for our little fur babies. Now it seems like a it’s more of a hard, full of fat pate I can’t even scoop out of the can so I move it into container. I have to mix it with other cat brand for my cats to eat it. I’m not wasting £30 so I will have to feed them this weird rock solid food, but I will be making a big change after it’s finished. Can’t risk feeding garbage to my cats. It WAS value for money NOW it’s just a waste.

I hope to see more of this brand on Amazon marketplace, more flavours too! This is a very underrated premium cat food, no unnecessary ingredients and very tasty according to my cats. I can even add some extra water to the food without loosing the aroma which helps with hydrating cats even more. I love that it has a low levels of sodium and phosphorus which is helpful for cats with kidney issues if you don't want to go down the route with typical prescription diet. I was feeding my cats with another premium brand, Edgard & Cooper, but since I realised that they are not fully transparent about their ingredients/composition I decided to stick to this food… and this will continue as long as I can reliably purchase them in UK. Last fun fact, since they eat Venandi their stools are way less smelly which I think is a great indicator for the quality too!

I prodotti sono di ottima composizione, tanta tanta carne ma non basta per quegli snob dei miei gatti. Hanno fatto molto fatica a mangiarlo. Non so come convincerli che sarebbe un cibo ottimo per la loro salute.

der Artikel ist gut, wenn man denn das richtige Futter bekommt.3 mal hintereinander das falsche Futter geliefert ,obwohl Amazon aufmerksam gemacht wurde , und eine Katze umzugewöhnen ist nicht leicht. ES ist traurig aber war .

Mi auguro che essendo un prodotto da loro indicato, Enpa Genova lo ritenga di qualità.
