Authentic Buknu
Iām from Kanpur and staying in Bangalore since 10 years, Have been tasting different varieties of buknu since childhood. I know the real taste of it. Tried many of them but most of it had either larger ratio of salt or turmeric.This one I found perfect taste. Can feel the taste of heeng and all.And Happy that my 2 years old son also liking it.

Close to the home made Buknoo. 4 Star
Arora achar wale in Aminabad Lucknow are famous for their varieties of achar (pickle).Buknoo is an edible product primarily used by people from Kanpur region (Kanpuria).I know the ingredients used, process and taste of Buknoo and find Arora buknoo close to the authentic Buknoo made in homes of people of Kanpur.Their is one more brand situated in Noida and selling Buknoo. I advise not to buy that Buknoo product, as it tastes like adulterated Dhaniya Powder with salt and Turmeric powder added in it.

Containing moisture
when opened the buknu packet found it containing moisture in the masala .Not found the taste as I thought. I think haldi is added more in the mixture.
