I’ve struggled with very painful plantar fasciitis for several months. Modern footwear is to blame, for non-existent arch and heel support. In desperation I bought these ‘Arch support orthopaedic insoles’. THEY WORKED IMMEDIATELY. If you suffer from plantar fasciitis get these insoles, they will provide instant relief.Also worth noting, they are not flimsy, but are good quality and sturdy. Carefully measure your shoes and feet to get the right size.

These are good as I had instant pain relief with these insoles with my plantar facitilus, and these imsoles would be comfortable but I have wide feet with wide fitting shoes, so unfortunately I can feel my feet spilling out the sides from these insoles as they do not come right out to the sides of my wide fitting shoes. But great if you have standard or narrow feet.

I was recommended this product by a physiotherapist to treat my flat feet, as I was at risk of plantar fasciitis. Really supportive, great cushioning, and comfortable enough for standing and walking most of the day. Just the right layer of thickness to effectively provide enough shock absorption to treat an injury.Would highly recommend buying more than one pair to save time swapping out from trainers to running shoes etc.

These do support the arch, as described, and are true to size. However, they’re too firm for my liking - it feels a bit like cardboard in the shoe so not comfortable enough for anything more than short walks, which defeats their purpose.

Comfortable and well made insoles. They have a little bounce to them (not stiff). The arch is slightly (but noticeably) higher compared to other arch insoles. Good value for money. I recommend to give them a try.

Excellent support takes a little time to get right but once it follows the arch and foot it becomes pain free. I have 2 pairs of insoles and both are working well in 2 different pairs of shoes.
