After calling the phone company and getting the correct SIM card. The one that lets me call and text. The watchword is perfect but again at first if you don't have the correct SIM card it will not work. My daughter went to the zoo what are kindergarten class and she was able to call to tell my wife she was doing fine. The only downfall is the battery doesn't last that long. By the time she got home the battery was dead. If the battery was longer and the connection was a lot better I would have gave this a five star.

The idea is great, but the customer service claimed it works in any network & this is not true.Wish I could return.
