Works great!
Just ordered my 3rd bottle! I’ve used a couple other products and this one made the biggest difference on the 3 deep scars on my face. It is pricey, but it’s definitely worth it for the quality. It’s not sticky and feels soft and smooth once it dries. A little goes a long way so I’ve gotten the smaller size each time. Very easy to apply, I use twice a day. In the morning I let it dry and then put on my makeup which blends nicely over it. And at night I leave it on and place a silicon sheet over the area. It also helps if you massage it into the area for at least 60 seconds.

Works on 4 year old scar
I bought it a month ago, just wanted to give it a try on my 4 year old thyroid surgery scar. I can tell the scar gradually fades away every day. It is hardly noticeable at this point. I am sure another month from now, you can't see it. I regret I didn't know it after the surgery and the doctor didn't tell me. Great gel for scar, new and old.

I didn’t want to waste it on any hopes
First off I would say that this product does not work that well on old keloids or hypertrophic scars, I have old ones of both and have tried this product along with using it with silicon sheets with no changes at all. I have been dealing with getting rid of those things for a while, so I know when to give up the ghost on a product and this being how expensive it is; I didn’t want to waste it on any hopes. I would say this product is much more effective on new fresh scars or new surgical scars. Tried them both under those conditions and this product performed as advertised. My wife tripped in our bedroom and fell on the edge of the bed requiring six stitches under her chin. After it healed enough to use this gel and after 4weeks of using this gel you could not tell where she had the stitches at, the area was flat. Because it was on her face and she has brown skin, there was some skin discoloration from using the product and where the stitches was at but she used a fade cream with hydroquinone after being satisfied with using the gel and you can’t even tell where she had stitches at on her chin. My experience; I just had surgery on the back of my head behind my right ear that required 13 staples. When the staples came out after two weeks my wound was closed so I started right away using this gel after seeing her results. Unlike her I am keloid and hypertrophic prone, so I jumped on it. After three weeks of using this I can’t say that it disappeared like hers, you can still see a very thin raised line where the incision was made. In hindsight for me that is excellent and I will continue to use it for at least three more months, because I know for me it’s going to take at least that and I ordered another 30g tube to go the distance. After reading some of the reviews I would say a lot of people want results fast but it doesn’t work that way! I got a tattoo on my arm and I got a thin hypertrophic scar because the person went to deep in that area, it showed up after 2 ½ months after I got it, point is a scar takes time to develop just as it takes time to get rid of it. This product or any other silicone gel product is good for keeping a scar in check, you’re not going to get rid of old keloids or hypertrophic scars, keep searching for something else, this is not that, I do recommend this for new scars and is 100% effective at keep it at base.

If price per quantity isn't an issue for you, it's worth a try...
I'm a skeptic when it comes to supplements and health products. However, I had purchased this product previously and found it decently useful. It was easy to integrate into my daily routine: I'd apply a thin ribbon on and rub it "into" my (closed) surgical scars. Over time, I did notice that those scars became softer, more pliable, blending better with the surrounding skin. But, my scars are long. So, as soon as I opened its Amazon package this time around, I recalled why I hadn't purchase New Gel again—the cost for its size. I was happy to buy it while the company was running a promo most recently, which made its purchase slightly less painful. Within a week and a half of consistent use, I again noticed my scars fading (and they're at least 6 years old now) and their texture improving. Unfortunately, I doubt I'll make another purchase when I've completed using this tube, which I expect will happen within the next couple weeks at latest if I continue applying it at this rate. I'd love to make this product a regular part of my routine. In all fairness, it's pretty solid value compared to market competitors. I've had no issues with the quality of the gel, its silicone or other ingredients, the tube, delivery, or otherwise either time I've bit the bullet. I've not experienced any agitation despite my sensitive skin. And, it is obviously effective. (Some products are known for speedier results, but the effects of this gel are noticeable within a reasonable amount of time.) I simply wish that, for the price (ideally the discounted one), the company delivered a larger tube or greater quantity of the product. It would be immensely appreciated if the cost stretched a little further considering fading scars tends to be a long-term process and multiple purchases are necessary. Ultimately, this is an affordable product (albeit, probably not their first choice) for most people electing to have cosmetic surgery. They typically have the funds to cover it with ease. But for others who require it for anything from non-elected surgery on knees, arms, chests...to surprise C-sections, I think it's a touch overpriced to be such patients' clear choice and that the company, though I'm sure doing well, might find even more success reconsidering their pricing just a smidge. Best wishes healing, kind reader. If price isn't holding you back or you can afford to stock up when a promo hits, (again) while not the fastest to demonstrate results, I do find this to be a reliable product.

Great scar product
Works well to help with scar healing. It's easy to use and apply. It isn't sticky at all, which I love. I'm so happy I found this! It has made a huge difference in the look of my scar.

Does the job
It's good but it's really small for the price, but it still works good.

Great product but expensive for size
My surgeon recommended this gel for scar care after breast reduction surgery, and it absorbs into the skin easily and is non-greasy and sticky. It is expensive for the size especially if you have to use it over an extended time.
