Got this for my bathroom renovation and it was perfect! The valve was easy to connect to and everything looks beautiful! Only complaint was you have you work with the spout arm and some plumbers tape a few times to get it to turn to the correct spot. But I had this issue with other shower faucets of this same style, so I think it’s normal. Figured it out, and we love it!

This was delivered super fast. The quality is amazing. I thought this was going to be some plastic chrome looking peice but it is not. It is of great quallity. The shower head is a little smaller than I thought but it is very nice. I hope my customer like it as much as I do.

GREAT QUALITY

After installing behind large format tiles I hope it lasts. It sure looks cool, and feels smooth in operation.Few things to note.1) basically no instructions. Install, Check for leaks, done. I could have gone for a bit more data.2) the faceplate is real small. Better cut your hole accurately.3) unlike many, there are no shut-off valves for service.4) they do not list in the instructions whose parts to use when it comes time to service it. Delta, Moen, ???5) going back to item 1, no set back distance is given. Since the faceplate is raised rather than sunken, I guessed wrong. Small hole, small faceplate, not going to be fun moving it forward.Sure looks cool.

Beautiful accents to a warmer home

Great look and sleek design - only challenge was installation - I installed the valve used the Teflon tape and fully tightened the input lines . Closed up wall after testing then heard a dripping in the wall. Cut into wall to find water leaking through threads . Resolved leak issue by getting rid of Teflon tape on threads and used pipe compound instead. Result no leaks and happy with unit. Final thought - DO NOT use the provided Teflon thread tape - use pipe compound for a leak proof seal. Wish I had known that issue because it would have saved me the additional install time and cutting into opposite wall to fix problem.

Waiting as I write for the plumber to come by and see how much of the wall has to be removed to install the posi that came with this set. They already put one in, but the hole we left them to work with at 4.5 inches in diameter may not be big enough because this is a strange looking posi that hooks up much differently then the one they put in. Now you have to have the right one to hook up the handle and since I don't know which one would fit the one they already installed I buy my own choice and have them replace it. Once on there it will look great in the brushed nichol that I am using in this bathroom remodel.

Valve defected in less than two years and was leaking in wall. Couldn’t tell until it started to show water and mold stain. Spend the money get a brand you can count on without worrying. Recommend Moen.

Inexpensive and works well

right from the start, the product was awesome. the box the parts arrived in were all neatly organized and well packaged. instructions for the installation was straightforward and detailed enough. the design is modern which i definitely like.shower head provides good pressure.the only issue i had was with the installation of the valve plate. there is a rubber bushing that i presume is to keep you from cutting yourself on the not sharp edge (there really wasnt a need for it at all), but it might have been for waterproofing between the valve body and the valve plate, but it didnt fit... there was a plastic piece that covered the valve body (for protection during installation and shipping i'd imagine), that i kept on the valve body to center the valve plate. once the plate was siliconed to my wall, i removed the protective cover from valve body, removed the rubber grommet/bushing from the plate and put silicone around the gap between valve body and plate. worked out well!long story short/tldr: would recommend.

I can admit that we were a bit hesitant to purchase this item after there were no reviews to read over, but surprisingly enough this is AWESOME! My husband installed it in just a couple of hours, and it looks and works fantastic! The water pressure that comes out of the shower head is crazy! If you want more of a rain-fall type feel, then you could always purchase a longer arm extension for the shower head. Also, it doesn't come with the valve for plumbing. You have to buy that separately.

Nice clean and simple lines. Packaged beautifully! Manufacturer was great with providing additional information to me (wanted to buy an extra handle cartridge for years down the road)
