Very good condition, works great, super value for the $

This is a truly portable computer, small and light. Although the screen is smaller than I'm used to, the convenience of its portability outweighs the smaller screen and allows me to untether from my office where I use a desktop workstation computer (see size comparison in photo). I thought I might need to upgrade the memory, but so far the performance is excellent running Windows 10 Pro with CAD programs and other memory intensive graphics apps. Built-in wifi is running at 250Mbps download on my home network.I should have bought this long ago.

Really, for a couple hundred bucks it's a no brainer. The Latitude 7400 works like new. The only reason I took off a star is because it was necessary to update many drivers, and, of course the operating system, to get it current and safe to use. Outdated drivers leave you open to attacks from bad actors. Also, the audio output didn't work. I updated the audio drivers and tried external speakers with no effect. I ran the audio troubleshooter but that didn't help. Finally I went online and followed different possibilities to cure the problem, one of which was to turn off all audio enhancements. With that, I got a Bose blue tooth speaker to work with the computer. I didn't plan to have to spend so much time troubleshooting, but for the money I can't really complain.

I purchased the laptop for a Christmas gift, all of the reviews were great. It arrived on time and looked great. Powered up fast and I was about to set it up, but the keyboard was not working. I had to press each key very hard and wiggle it to get a response. I contacted support but couldn't hear or understand what they were saying due to background noise.I was transferred to someone else and I could barely understand her due to she was talking fast with a strong accent. She told me that there was nothing they could do because it was a third party issue. She would notify them for a replacement and it may take a week for a response and they would email me. I will be refunding it and canceling my prime membership. Amazon is not what they used to be.

I had quite a few issues with my order and within a few days I had a replacement laptop sent in and I sent my faulty one back to them with absolutely no trouble. The new laptop I have works wonderfully, the battery life is great, the laptop is so smooth and very clean aside from a single dead pixel on the screen which doesn’t bother me, it’s refurbished after all.Back to customer support though, I only had good experiences with their customer support and Darnel and Bob were extremely helpful when my issues occurred. Would 100% recommend this company to anyone that needs a cheap laptop for a good deal that runs smoothly and is perfect for school use or everyday use. Laptop battery at first says it will only last for around 3 or 4 hours but as it understands my laptop useage it has increased up to 8 hours. Plenty of time for what I need done. Thanks again TekRefurbs and I appreciate the time you spent troubleshooting everything.
