I travel back and forth to our vacation condo, so I needed something that I could store when we are not there. This chair was easy to assemble and it is very comfortable. I work from home and sit for long periods of time and this really makes my job easier. I am able to fold it down and store it when we leave the condo.

My wife reported the piston sagging and I reached out to customer service. This is 2.5 months after purchasing and I was promptly sent a replacement and I am very pleased. They did everything right to resolve the issue. I would buy from this company again!

Overall the chair is nice, and comfortable. It’s also very easy to put together. My only concern was that it shipped a little scuffed, but it’s hardly noticeable.

I bought this chair for a very small, 500 sq ft apartment I own, which I use with my family and rent as an Airbnb. I wanted to include a workspace, so I set up a wall-mounted desk in the corner of the living area. I was looking for a small, unobtrusive chair that was still a comfortable office chair, and not a hard dining chair or folding picnic chair or the like. This chair fits the bill perfectly. Assembly looked intimidating at first, but it went together in about 10 minutes. The back folds up or down easily, and the chair is small while still feeling like a full office chair. The design of it looks nice too. Really glad I found this.

Okay, I am 5”6” and about 165lb. This chair broke today while I was sitting in it. I was so excited about this chair bc it was white and folded so neatly under my kitchen table. As you see I had to buy a chair pad bc the seat cushion and lack of back support was giving me terrible back pains. I kept having to put different cushions & pillows behind my back to try to avoid more back pain. In my pictures, you can see how the two sides of the chair beneath the arm rests are not secured equally. One is very clearly pulling apart, which causes the back of this chair to lean further back that it was clearly intended to as there is a click when it moves out of place. Leaning back in this chair feels like there’s no support and I could fall right out. I am really really really hoping beyond hope that my chair was just defective and that maybe this is still a good product. I would be willing to give the company another chance if they fixed my chair situation. However, until then, I guess I’ll be sitting on my ottoman. :(Amazon has been a beyotch about supporting me on this product too. The customer service reps passed me off to one another and then copy and pasted the "30 day" police into the chat. Ridiculous. Do not buy.

I really like this chair, especially considering I was using a plastic pic nick chair before that was not nice to my back. I like that you can change the tension and be able to rock in it. The back support is also very nice and comfortable. I've been using it for a few months and so far, so good! I specifically bought this chair because I liked that it folded down to save space, but I didn't realize that pushing it normally under the desk was just fine lol so I don't use to folding down part - however, when I tested it, you do have to use your chest to push it down since your hands are busy holding in the buttons like other reviews said, but like I said, I don't use that part anyway. Overall, good chair - I would buy it again.

The media could not be loaded.  As an office chair you want something that is comfortable and long lasting. Initially I loved this item because it folded but I quickly realized this was not the right item for someone who works from home and would use this on a regular basis. The seat cushion wore rather quickly and felt very hard and stiff to sit on and was causing back pain throughout the day, one of the arms broke within 6 months and lastly the chair started to wobble from side to side giving me great anxiety that it would just break if I leaned to one side or the other and even backwards. If you are looking for a short term chair that will hold you over until a bigger or better purchase comes in I guess this would be ok, but not for the average every day wear and tear. I purchased this chair because I had to move my desk into my closet and needed a chair that could fit with it. I was skeptical but took a chance and was pleasantly surprised that it actually fit perfectly if lower the seat all the way down, it has extra width room. My desk opening is inches from floor to keyboard tray and 28 inches wide.THIS IS A GREAT BUY. It is easy to assemble, lightweight and comfortable.
