I have had this for a while now and this is a very good quality, heavy weight product. I’m extremely happy with this product, it works wonderfully. My family purchases blocks of cheese and this thing keeps up , it can with an extra wire and I haven’t had to swap it out yet.

Quality utensile easy to adjust. Good thing it came with extra wire. One broke. Tried to slice cheese that was a little too thick and a little too hard. Easy to clean. Good value

I love this wire cheese cutter. I bought several and gave them to my family. They use them a lot as well. It comes with at least one extra wire but none of us have had to change it out. It is easy to replace it if you need to. It’s easy to clean if you clean it up right after you use it. It’s adjustable and it’s all stainless steel. It’s not good for really hard cheese so, be careful not to use it on hard cheese.

It worked great until the wire broke. Ruined both extra wires trying to replace the old one. Gave up and threw the whole thing away. I'll look for a different brand.

Very high quality. Cuts through cheese easily. Adjustable for desired thickness. It has a nice weight to it. Easy to clean.

Bel objet et fait très bien le travail (testé sur de la raclette). Seul bémol, j'ai l'impression qu'il n'est pas possible d'acheter des fils de rechange. (Mais ustensile livré avec 2 fils supplémentaires)
