paid $6.53 and got what I wanted. The shell is very hard and the snap is very tight. Great Quality. The belt loop doesn't look the greatest thou...I plan to add some gorilla glue for insuranxe. If you look at my pics, both knives have a 3.5'' blade. When holstered and snapped there is about a 1.4'' of room left at the top. However, the knives fit very tightly. The green coldsteel is somewhat difficult to pull out...hope with time and use that improves. Plus, I know if I removed the clips from the knives, it would also improve access

It is sturdy, Good quality. My Buck110 fits perfectly, not loose. Excellent buy.

I've used one of these daily for five years now. These are so well constructed that they will last a lifetime, except for the snap. It's made of aluminum, and will not stay firmly fastened after about a year of daily use. If only they would make the snaps out of steel, this sheath would be perfect.

Bought one three years ago and it was starting to wear out so I purchased one recently, total junk, belt loop tore off after two days of use! Tore off while moving around on my creeper at work.. Bought another one figuring maybe just a defect.. NOPE!! Second one tore off on the first day of use!! Gone back to wearing the original worn out one that has lasted three years!!! This batch of product is complete garbage!!! Imported junk!!!! Stay away!!!!

Whoever designed this sheath knew exactly what they wanted......a superior crafted knife sheath to fit 5 inch and below knives, made with ballistic heavy weight nylon, with a METAL snap closure, made it semi-rigid and built to take a beating.....and for ONLY $10 !!! The way they are exceptionally made, makes this sheath a winner all around. Leather is nice, but you MUST do maintenance if you want them to last. These require nothing, are nice and stiff, and very thickly made from ballistic nylon. I will most definitely buy more of these, not only for knives, but for a number of items that will fit in them. SNAP BROKE on initial opening of the pouch, very first time out of packaging! Replace snap with one of my own!

I feel like the 3 1/2 inch tactical knife might be a bit snugged. This carrying pouch actually worked out well for me, it may not look like much but it definitely gets the job done for my knife. I saw some of the mixed reviews when I was looking at this product, I was hesitant at first, but I figured, "hey, why not try it out." And boy, do I enjoy this product. Definitely recommend to buy if you have a more smaller knife like mine. This item has definitely saved me from having a lot of cuts on my hands and since I don't plan to take it out and use it often, it definitely seems like this case will help me.
