Nice Pattern easy build
Nice Guitar easy build after a lot of rubbing down on sides back and neck the front has a Beautiful maple front the neck fitted perfect make sure you have patients and right tools I messed up varnishing because I was impatient so I've given it a distressed look I changed the bridge just to give it my little touch the electrics are so easy to fit I'm colour blind and done it I did put some elixir custom lights strings on it tuned it up and it sounds really Good and once strings settled it stayed in tuned fast delivery and well packaged can't wait to do a Quilted Maple

Not the quality I was expecting
The electronics are ok but the Tuners are really bad. Coban shipped me a new set so managed to get a set. Their was an issue with the scale length and after notifying Coban they sent me an email from the quality department which seemed to insinuate I was making it up. After several emails and some research of my own I came up with a fix. In future I would be more inclined to purchase the body and neck separately and purchase the electronics and hardware to the spec I want rather than paying for sub standard gear. While I enjoyed the process the problems I ran into with this kit put me off considering the cost of this I expected better. If you do purchase a kit do a dry run. Check everything before you start and play it too. If it’s not right return it. I regret not doing that.

Couldn't fault it. Was given as a present, they got it from Amazon. Set up was easy, loved customising and painting it. Go crazy, change the knobs etc. I have now got the Explorer to do...
