Watery Still Delicious
This isn't as good as Hon Wasabi. It's too watery but tastes tons better than powder Wasabi.

Great taste
I love the taste of this wasabi. This is the real thing. This is nothing like the horseradish-died green you get from the sushi restraints. Beware it can be hot, but the taste is worth it.

The real thing!
This is real Wasabi, not horseradish with food coloring. I lived in Japan for a while and enjoyed authentic wasabi in sushi bars in Kyoto and Osaka. First rate IMHO.

Not too spicy as I hoped but never had real Wasabi. Doesn't taste like the powered stuff mixed with water that we're all use to it's more than a one dimensional condiment. Only used for making sushi but would provide interesting flavors to sauces and dressings

real wasabi
No it is not fresh from the tuber, but neither is it horseradish like most "wasabi". My wife and I think it better than any other we have tried.
