I use these cartridges when I need to take quick notes at work and I can’t wait long for the ink to dry. I like that this ink dries fast even with a medium German nib or a broad Japanese nib. I love that the color has decent shading properties and no shimmer.

Lamy has always made good quality products and this ink was exactly such. The ink itself is a very dark blue that can be seen if viewed with ample light on a white sheet of paper. It flows like water which is what you would want in an ink and it leaves no residue after drying up. In addition to being good quality, it also won't dry a pen up completely if left for a long period of time after I had left my pen unattended and forgot to drain the ink. Overall its a pretty good cartridge for your Lamy pen and for your wallet as its cheap and OEM so you dont have to worry about quality.
