Firstly it was late turning up it had no instructions what so ever I have used this every day for months and there has been no change in my varicose veins all's it does it create a strange sensation as I went over my varicose veins which was very unpleasant, also the picture on here didn't match my product sorry but if you have varicose veins don't buy this.

Unfortunately this item didn’t work when it arrived, the back for holding the battery didn’t fit so couldn’t close. Item didn’t turn in even with a battery sellotaped into place.Contacted Amazon and received a full refund without any difficulties at all.Thank you for making this shopping easy as I hate the hassle of apply to return items to gain refunds.

I read the description on the use of this pen and it states it helps with thread veins - I have been using it for two weeks and so far there has been zero effect. I cannot say if it works on spots but going by current results not to positiveI also have to say in the instructions in the pack it does not say it helps with thread veins.

It does not workThe batteries in and light comes on at the side but no light out of the top.I tried to return it but it is too much hassle and you need a printer
